Using the Vital Response online training system is aim to be easy. Please following the instructions below to get a good basic understanding of how the system works, from viewing course content through to completely your exam.

ONLINE TRAINING SYSTEM

 

Once you have received your username and password you are able to log into the Online Training System.

On the left side of the screen you will notice additional navigation appear for each of the modules in the course. Use these to navigate your way to away part of the course.

You will also notice the FINAL EXAM box appear. Once you have read through the information in the course you can undertake the exam.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Working your way through all the content of the Online Training System is easy! Once clicking on a module you'll be taken to individual pages that are presented like the pages in a book. Simply next the next page to see the next subject, go back a page with the reverse button or return to the start of the module with the 'Start of Module' button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can also use the top navigation menu to find all the pages. In the top menu you will see a button labelled MY COURSES this gives you access to modules, final exam and the certificate of online completion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CERTIFICATE - Once you have completed the final exam successfully will be promoted to print a 'Certificate of Online completion'.

Please note that once you have completed the final exam successfully this is only half of the process to achieving the HLTFA301B - Apply First Aid certificate. You must complete a day of face to face training with a member of the Vital Response staff.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

TIME TO SIGNUP - Once you have completed the final exam successfully and printed out your certificate for the online portion of the training it's time to signup for a practical session.

Vital Response staff hold practical sessions for the Apply First Aid training all year round, to view when the next practical session is available please click on the PRACTICAL DATES link from the top menu. The new page you will view is a calendar of all training events Vital Response is currently holding. Search for the Apply First Aid which is the code - HLTFA301Bfollow the link on the calendar to view details on each particular training date, where you can easily signup for the date you have selected.
